Contemplative Prayer Workshop

On his deathbed, Saint Francis said to his brothers, “I have done what was mine to do, may Christ now teach you what you are to do.” During this time of isolation, the pandemic, and racial turmoil, we will explore this question of “what is mine to do?” through prayer, journaling, quiet reflection, music, and interactive sharing. Join us for a time of replenishment that will help you live into hope.

Westina Matthews, Ph.D. is an author, a public speaker, retreat leader, and theologian.
