Tuesday 8-9 a.m. Rise and Shine (A slow flow class!) 

Wednesday 4:30-5:45 p.m. Fun Flow

Wednesday 6-7 p.m. Beginner's Yoga

Friday 9:30-10:30 a.m. Slow Flow

11-11:45 a.m. Yoga Burn (Yoga meets Boot Camp) 

12-12:45 p.m. Rest and Restore 

Sunday 4:30-5:45 p.m. Fun Flow
