Our Vestry

The Vestry is a group of lay leaders elected by the parish at our Annual Meeting. Each year, five members are elected to serve three-year terms. Vestry members partner with the clergy and staff to support the mission and ministry of Saint Stephen’s, with each member serving as a liaison to a specific area of parish life. 

The Vestry meets monthly, typically on the third Tuesday of the month, and meetings are open to members of the parish. 

In the Episcopal Church, the Vestry serves as the legal representative of the parish in matters pertaining to its corporate property and governance, helping to steward the resources entrusted to our community for the sake of God’s work in the world.
